Hi! So I have some really big news, I have a new blog(ladynena.me)and I'm really happy. It took me a while but I think the end results looks really me. I'm not going to deleted this blog because it means a lot to me. And it's just a big part of the blog progress that I made. I also wanted to say thank you to all of you for vissiting this blog and sending sweet things to my mail. Now it's sounds like I will stop blogging but it's just a new start. Hi everyone! So long time again he? I'm sorry but I was really busy last time. I'm so happy I found time to blog again. I have vacation now and I'm going to do NOTHING.
Today is a grey day, and that made me blogging. The first part of the blog will be about my new love, MY NEW JEANS JACKET OF MONKI! Normally not really my style but now I really love it. I made a outfit, let's start!

The Love Is Power T-shirt is from Weekday, my second favorite shop at the moment!
The skirt is from AA (American Apparal). I don't know how you call the metarial of the skirt but it's really soft and nice to wear.
My shoes are from Monki, they really shiny but looks pretty cool.
Because a lots of you asked me where my classes came from, I will tell you. So I bought them in Amsterdam, in Ace & Tate... Really cool shop if you want to buy a hip pair of classes and not spending to much money.
So my playlist of this month, I find it really hard to let other people listen to the music I like. I'm not sure why, but maybe it's just because Music is something that translated your personality. And that makes it a bit akward. I like old music the most, but last time I like some new music too. Okey lets just start, I hope you like it.

where were you?
HI everyone! Sorry, I just realized that it's been a month ago that I write a blogpost. I'm really sorry, but now I'm back from never been away. So, I'm not really doing something special lately but I like to say I'm still the happy me :). My new year was great. My daddy made me a lots of fancy drinks and there was good food to. Seriously guys, you don't know how hard I was thinking about which photo I would put here to start my blogpost. I was just staring at my screen like
'Omg, life is so hard. What am I even doing?'
You know? On the teenage way!
Last weekend, I went to Antwerp. It was really cool and I bought a lots of cool clothes. One of the cool shops that we did was Sun-Wah; It's a shop with super cool Asian food. Like you can see on the pictures. I didn't tast everything yet but I will tell you what I bought. So the first thing called Hello Kitty Yan Yan Biscuit Dip snack, you can dip your cookies in a (yah) Dip. I got one with Chocolate flavor and with strawberry Flavour. The second thing called Koala's march, I tasted the matcha already and I like it a lot. But I love matcha-taste in everything. Minna no Tabo, fruit flavor gummy, is so delicious. And the package is really cute to. I'm not going to tell everything, but I will blog about it when I tasted everything. If you like that?
So, that was the post for today, sorry that it took so long. I have some good news too. My daddy will buy me my own website property (no worries, it stays this website but no wix publicity anymore) so that means that I can do some more cool stuff. It will be for next week I think but when you don't find my website anymore it means that the name would be changed. I will let you know on my instagram what the new website name will be called. 2016
HI good looking people! How are you all doing today? It's almost over he, 2016. It went so fast. I mean 2017, that's so weird. I need to do one exam, yes it's still exam period. I'm so happy it's almost over. Than we can party and enjoy vacation. I have many plans. First I need to Finnish my last exam and I go shopping and celebrating that the exams are over. I also have to go to the new Star Wars movie. When it's Chrismas I go to my granny and after that I go on vacation with friends! I really look forwards to it. So Yes, lets talk about the things I did in 2016. 2016 Was the year where I cut my hair and my braces were historie. Also the year where I went to Londen. It was so so so much!
Vibes:
Let's talk about the vibes of this year. I find some cool pictures on Pinterest. Most of the time when I see a cool looking pictures I ask my daddy to print it so I can hang it on my wall. So the first one is a girl how is looking to a leaf. This picture remind me of the time in Amsterdam, when we went to the zoo. Cato took a picture of me in the butterfly garden. It looks a little bit like this picture but she is wearing the perfect outfit so that makes the difference.
Next one is a real vibe picture. It's a vacation picture I think vacation is just so much fun. If you don't have to much home work. It don't have to be far from home. but just being away is so nice. In 2016 I went to Amsterdam, Londen and French.
Words:
I like Quotes, not the keep calm and... quotes, but the funny actually true quotes. Wow how many times can you say quotes? I picked 2 of the quotes that kept up my mind of 2016. The first one was perfect to survivor the exams. I mean that's latterly what exams means. I also like the letter type a lot. Then the next one. I think it's just one of the sweetest things you can say to someone or someone say to you.
Favorite 2016 clothing:
1) Boyfriend jeans from Urban Outfitters: super comfortable pants, perfect for a style day. You can wear it with a cropped shirt.

3) The ginger shirt from urban Outfitters: Perfect shirt to make your outfit look special.
4) a people 80ties shirt that I got from Ibe Rossel: It's so cool I love it!
5) The blue Shirt from Unif: this is an amazing shirt, on the end of the sleeves are zippers. I know you can't see it on the picture but it's really cool.
6) black slipped dress that I buy at the pre-opening of weekday Antwerp.
7) The Nena dress from Monki. Yes This dress has my name.
8) A Cropped top from Brandy Melvil. This a really good thing for summer.
9) My Idols Are Dead and My Enemies Are In Power t-shirt: The perfect t-shirt for sleeping and then wearing by day if you know what I mean.

The things that make me remember 2016:
1) This is my architects book. I stared drawing my ideal home.
2) This is my drawing and inspiration book that I started in 2016.
3) A little box that Cato makes for my. It's so cute and I always have it with me.
4) This a good pucker from Polleke.
5) Just a super cool pin I found. I found it in 2014 but I wear it in 2016 so that makes it a 2016 thingy
6) A train ticket... That is just the best thing to remember some moment.
7) The 'Why can't we live together' record. Just a cool record to put on your record player, that look really cool.
8) My school dairy: yes that really 2016 to. I actually need to put my old agenda also on the picture but I forgot I'm sorry.
9) My favorite shower gel of lush where I buy a 0,5 liter bottle!

The movies:
I have seen some super cool films this year. One of my good intentions for 2017 is that I need to see more films. In the cinema and just at home. I have already a few movies on my list that will come out in 2017. The first one is The space between us of Peter Chelsom. It's Fantasyfilm/Sciencefictionfilm with Asa Butterfield so that will make it super *crush alert*. Okey Back to business now (I had totally not look at pictures of Asa Butterfield when I finished the previous sense, sarcasm) The second film is Star Wars! Oh, I'm so exited. But I'm going to look Star Wars next week so it's a movie for 2016.
Favorite films 2016:
The first movie is Miss Peregrim's Home For Peculiar Children, it's an Amerikan Fantasy movie made by Tim Burton. It tels a story of Jake (Jacob) Portman how decided, after the mistieuse dead of his grandpa, to find the home for Peculair children of Miss Peregrine because his grandpa told him a lots of stories about it. Peculiars are people with paranormal abilities. They live, to protect them self from the outside world, in a time loop. What means there are reliving the same day over and over. Soon Jake finds the home for peculiar children and learns about the Holows, Holows are peculiars how where transformed by a failed experiment. It's a really cool movie so please check out the trailer. And go watch that awesome film.
Favorite films 2016:
Clueless! I saw it like a hundred times in 2016. Cato show it to my after the previous exams. It's just so cool. All the clothes are so perfect and the way see talks is so funny.
Wishlist of 2017:
The first picture is a sweater of unit. It's my dream for years It think and maybe 2017 is the time that I will buy it. The second one are cool boots from monki, they costs like 40 euros. Then shoes again. This is a pair of white Dr.Marten shoes that I saw in Lazy oaf. Aren't they super cool? The last one is a sweater of Monki. It's not a thing that I need to have but it just looks really cool.
Pen Pals:
Oh, I can't stop talking about my sweet pen pals. It's so cool to send things to the other side of the world. Or closer at home. The things that they send me are so beautiful and I wanned to say thank you to all of you. They are all so talented. The drawings are really cool. I can't believe that all the people have so much talent. Alma, Molly and Gember I know you are reading this. Thank you and a lot's of love.
My Room:
So yes yes I know. I said in every post that I will blog about my room and I never did it. I'm really sorry but it will be something for 2017 I think. But to make it up to you, I put some little pictures of my room in here because it was something very important in 2016.
Polleke:
My sweet sweet sweet cat! He is the best, the euh, friend I ever met. He is just so cute :) I can tell a lot of him but I think it will be a little bit weird. Just know he is the best cat ever.
The books, the magazines and the records of 2016:
So the first one is a record of Warhaus. I think the music is so good! I play all the songs like a hundred times. Then the second thing, the 2 magazines Caboodle and Frankie. They are the best magazines ever! Boys by Girls, I now it's a magazine for boys but I like it so much and my daddy buy it for me. The last thing is the book of miss peregrim's home for peculiar children. I talk about it already! The book is great too.

The Big Day
What just happened? I still can't believe it... The super sweet people of WeLovePure (aka Tom) invited us to the Pre-opening of Weekday in Antwerp. I'm still super happy about what happened to my and Cato. It was my first time I was invited to an opening of anything. I like it so so much *Can't stop being happy*
Everyone who was there was super cool and have an amazing style. Cato was totally freaking out when she saw Tiany Kirlillof.
Here is a little part of the amazing store. All the clothes were beautiful and off course I bought some stuff. I purchased a cute black slip dress and a 'Beyoncé for president" t-shirt. Yes that is so cool. Laura (The sister of Cato) went with us and she bought the Beyoncé t-shirt too and a black handbag. Cato bought a super beautiful straight cropped trousers and a, how would I say,... * Okey, I take a look at cato her blog to see how she described it* ... she bought a leather belt thing-ish. Cato talk about it on her blog so check it out!
That was not the only thing. There was fancy food and fancy drinks. On our way to the store we were super nervous and joking that there will be champagne and caviar or something. And you know what: There was red caviar and probably champagne also. There were super cute mini snacks.
So yes, it was amazing and I'm so happy that I did it with Cato. We Laughed a lot. We enjoyed to act like we are fancy bloggers *which I'm not*. Hope I can do it again some time and it always will be so magical like it was there.

HI everyone! Today I will talk about Halloween stuff. And how to look special with the little things . I think it's really hard to have a original costume. I want to help you (and myself) out. I think it will be very cool when you make a lots of them. It will make your hair very original. Second thing is a DIY of Knee Socks. I make this one for halloween but I not going to show you guys (I mean girls) because my halloween outfit is a secret (I will show you it later, off course) It's a very funny DIY and you can do it with every kind of sock. My next Idea is to make some embroidered Patches.
Next thing is to make your one personalized T-shirt. I definitely going to make one like this but not for halloween I think. But it's very cool! DIY Ruffle socks is something very creepy. Like, when you wear a white dress with red spots on it and ruffle socks. That will be very very halloween.

Hallo cute people. The sun is shining and I really like it. It was so a long time ago. I have a sore throat and now I can drink a lots of tea and a lot of honey in it... JUMIE! I had no school yesterday and monday too. How cool is that? The day before yesterday Cato and I had a sleepover in my house and it was fun. I make some artistic (KUG I just did my best) pictures of Cato. I put a few of them in my post and on Cato her website there are more.
TEEN LIFE!
Thing's I'm really in to: I found some super cool things on Pinterest. I really like the 'Girl thing' . Girls how are just being herself and like to do stuff they like to do. I'm so happy lately. I like, my life my Frieds (aka Cato, Elizabeth and Alma), being how I'm and no one else! Some people tell me it's hard to be happy but I think you just have to enjoy the fun stuff. I found some super cool stuff online and I want to buy it. First of all I found a super beautiful dress on Monki. They have it in black and pink and I think I like the black one the most. Can you help me out?

Hey evrybody! How are you sweet people doing? So Yah, school started and I don't mind??? It's totaly not that bad. I have a nice class and the weather is nice too.
Yesterday my super duper cool Monki package arrived, I'm so happy... All of the stuff is super cool! I order two trousers, one super cool jacket, also a pair of shoes and a scarf.
I also have a second Pen Pal and she is super sweet and she has a pretty cool style. Her name is Alma and be sure to check her youtube acount because it's super cute. And she is also is on instagram, her instagram is my dream :) Alma's letters are just a piece of art. You can see her fisrt letter on the picture.
I don't have homework so I was like 'LET'S WRITE A BLOGPOST!' I also took pictures in the sun because the sun is just super cool! I make my agenda a little bit better, just a normal school dairy is a little bit boring. That's the way I keep myself buzy (sad face, no just a joke)
I also changed my room a little bit (I already said this in the previous post, sorry) and I will write about it soon. I give you a foretaste with showing you a picture of my wall.
There is more, I start reading??? What Nena??? Seriously? YES! I don't know why. Suddenly I was, I'm going to read a book! It's so creazy... I also buy my first Englisch book (I'm from Belgium).

Almost over
Summer is ending so also summer holidays. Oh I'm going to cry, school start next week (six days) and there is still so much to do. I had a wonderfull vacation. Most days, I just sat in my room and in my garden. Drawing, thinking, enjoying the sunlight on my face, reading books (okey thats a joke, I just wanne to sound like a cool blogger), write letters to the best pen pal, sleeping,... because I don't write that much about my vacation (sorry for that) I will write a short resume.

O, I draw so so much. Must of the time I just desing random stuff. But now I'm really into arcitectuur. Furniture, rooms, everything... I also got a book of my daddy where I keep all my creations. Thanks Daddy-O!
Lovely garden:
I love my garden so much. It's a bit of a mess, flowers grow everywhere and the grass is not that green. It's what you call rainforest on a few of square meters. I spend a lot of time in my mini forest.
Genste Feesten:
Hihi, so much to tell about this wonderfull time. I will keep it short. Till now, the best Genste Feesten I ever had. I worked hard (KUG) but I had a super good time. All people are so sweet. It felt like we are all one big family. Love it!
Cato and I:
I have not agreed that much. I don't care, I don't mind being on my own. But I saw Cato the most. We always have a lot of fun and that makes me happy. It makes me happy to see her laughing. I love to see other people smiling! It makes my day. #deeply

It was so much fun. I start to know the City a little bit. I buy a lots of stuff and we see a lot of cool places. Cato was whit my and I think she liked it to.

We lived in a house on de Herengracht. Cato and I slept in a little house in de garden. And THERE WAS A CAT. Really fat but really funny. Lying on your head staring to the air.

The day before yesterday I organized a bbq whit Mara. It was a bbq for the people of Urgent.fm. It was so much fun and we laughed a lot. Urgent.fm people are the best!
I went also to Cato! It was a long time since I saw her again because cato went to Berlin (I am so so so so jealous) Talkes about traveling, over a week Cato and I go to AMSTERDAM! YOEHOE! A long post about Amsterdam later...

So, helo! Today it was so nice weather. LOVE IT! maybe it was a little bit to hot, but I can't complain. I was working at the Genste Feesten. Now it's the second day of the Genste Feesten. Love my job. I made a few of new frends. I'm super happy, I really need friends :) So now I'm super happy that I met them. One of then I asked if I could blog about him. He was like !OF COURSE! Hereby, his name is Brecht (he is the one next to my on the photo, we switch of classes). He is, like I am, a volumteer of Urgent.fm (a radio)

Saving money???
Yes it's official holidays! I'am happy AGAIN! I'm going to do nothing this vacation. just chilling and shopping!
Last Tuesday I went to the city (Gent) with Cato and Tim. The day after we had a birhtday, so we had to buy presents. Oh we also play a funny game with a water bottle. you had to throw it in the air and it had to stay. Yes, it sound stupid. But it's fun!
OH I need new clothes! Later I'm going to look at a Monki. I love that shop. The new collection is 'in short' MY LOVE!!! But maybe I need to start saving money for Amsterdam... Life is so difficult HAHA (joke).
My way to save money?
-My room has a wooden floor, one of the floorboards is loose. there is a jar of coins.
-Don't use your credit card for a long time. Really? Yes! it makes you say less 'don't buy it!'
-Make a plan! Tell yourself how much you spend maximum.

After the exams I went with Cato to my house and yes of course, it was funny. We made a camp in my room. If you want to see? Check out my instagram (nenaverberdt). We both (cato and I) were like 'pizza?' while cycling at home. But it was raining so hard, so we ate something else.
Tomorrow I go to 'Copacobana'. It's a festival. Maybe I will write about it later.
In August I go with Cato to Amsterdam! Oh I'am so happy about that. It's so nice and it will be fun.

Oh I so happy that it's vacation! I'm not going to do that much, but YHA you know. Just chilling, take a walk, draw something, go shopping (SOON) , watching netflix (orange is the new black). Oh I love those series so hard! Something it's a little bit weird. It's worth it!

Hey There. I'am so so so sorry because it's again a long time ago since I wrote, but I have so much work for the exams and It makes my crazyyyyy! But here I'am. Today I'm going talk about random stuff. Let's go.
Last Friday it was my B-DAY PARTY! And really It was so much fun. I got the best gifts ever! You see a few of them on the picture. So I want to say thank you to all my friends. We took many pics (if you know me already). As you see on the photos it was fun.
Tomorrow I have no school. I'am super happy about that. I go with Cato (If you don't know her, You are probably new so WELKOM. This week!!!
First of all: HEYYY! I did so much last week, I thought , LET'S WRITE A POST ABOUT IT. Wednesday I went whit Anna to the city! And yes it was fun. Anna cut her hair! Its super duper beautyfull. We also passed a store called GINGER! Anna said "store of you!" So how can you guess, we took a pic.
OH I starte learning for the exams. Yes I do. But it is done over a month.
Friday I went whit my frends to de Blaarmeersen(beach). Oh it was fun! We also took a lots of pictures.
Next Friday it's my B-DAY PARTY! YESSSS. I'am super duper exciting! So you know what my next post will be going about!

Alowaaaa! So A long time no see. I am sorry about that. But totay I will wride a long post. Good idea? I'll write about a birthday party and I will ask myself things. So let's start
This Thursday, there was a party of four frends of me. It was very nice. We took many photos. As a 450 pics. So I Choose the best out. We had lots of waterfun. And it was very hot. There was also a party of Cato But more about that another time.
